The Elizabeth “Betty” Reinholz Performing Arts Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors from Beloit Memorial High School in Beloit, Wisconsin, who have a strong interest in the performing arts and wish to pursue a degree at a college or university. Students who demonstrate good citizenship at school and in the community are encouraged to apply.
