The Elizabeth Mae Kobeszka Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Liberty Benton High School who reside in Hancock County, Ohio. Students who are active in their community and/or church and possess a positive attitude are encouraged to apply. Students who receive a full-tuition scholarship from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
