Emily E. Shobe Memorial Art Scholarship

Overview

The Emily E. Shobe Memorial Art Scholarship is available to students who have graduated from or are current seniors attending Decatur Community High School in Oberlin, Kansas. Students planning to pursue a degree in art or art education, computer graphics, architecture, or design are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstrated respect for both public and private property, and the rights of the students and citizens of the school and community. Special consideration is given in the order of art or art education, computer graphics, architecture, and design.
