The Emma Agnes Scarborough Adams Memorial Scholarship is available to female incoming freshmen students at The University of Texas at Austin who are from Huntsville High School in Huntsville, Texas. Students who demonstrate academic excellence, moral character, and financial need are eligible to apply.
