The Fannye Scruggs Rorer, RN Nursing Scholarship supports seniors at Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools in Williamsburg, Virginia, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who have been accepted into an RN or BSN program at a Virginia university or community college and who demonstrate compassion, service, and leadership through volunteer or community service involvement are encouraged to apply.
