Overview

The Harper Chamber of Commerce Scholarship is open to seniors graduating from Harper High School in Texas. Students who participate in community service are eligible to apply. This program is sponsored by the Harper Chamber of Commerce and offered through the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.
