The Ira R. and Frances Wood Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at Deer Lakes or Highlands Senior high schools in Pennsylvania. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who participate in community service activities.
