Overview
The Jerry Van Winkle Memorial Scholarship awards need-based scholarships to graduating seniors from Chelan, Eastmont, or Waterville high schools who attended Orondo Elementary School in Washington. Students who are planning to attend a 2- or 4-year vocational-technical or trade school are encouraged to attend.
